challenge the chaos

change is the only constant in our lives. we either change and adapt or stay in the same place being pissed off we are not getting what we want.

i love this quote because it may not be the change itself that causes panic but the chaos that precedes it. that chaos or “clamor” as I call it can produce high levels of fear and anxiety about the change. so when you are faced with a change, can you take a moment and reflect on whether it is the chaos or the change that you fear? and once you can isolate that, talk that out, be brave and step into the chaos because on the other side of that clamor could be a magical moment well worth that discomfort that preceded it…
