I have been walking the streets of NYC all day yesterday and today. With all this walking I could not help but reflect…….when was the last time I just stepped outside and walked without a destination, but to simply enjoy the walk itself?…..answer was: a long ass time.
So today I walked, and I walked, and I walked. I just wandered, got lost once or twice but honestly did not care. I was simply enjoying the purity of the process. Walking, clearing my space, enjoying simply strolling without a final destination. It was heavenly.
When was the last time you took a walk….?
